Time For You Yoga

People begin their journey into yoga for many different reasons. To relieve stress, to reduce pain, to feel better, to enhance their health and well being.  Whatever your reason, the first step is to take time for your self.


I discovered yoga about 10 years ago as a once a week retreat from my stress.  Yoga was something “good” I did for my self. 


Like many caregivers or helpers, I put virtually everything and everyone else ahead of myself. I would often give until I was depleted and exhausted. Through my yoga practice, I gradually learned how to take time for my self.  I learned to make time for myself a priority, rather than accepting what little time there was leftover for me. My weekly yoga class gradually became a daily yoga practice that remodeled my life.


The name of my yoga business -  Time For You Yoga - is both a description and an invitation.


It is an invitation - to do just that - take time for you to do yoga - time to be with your self - time to discover your health, happiness and well being.  Time for You to begin or deepen your journey of healing, restoration and discovery.
